A little Bit About Us .....

So what makes us different to other event photographers?   Firstly our photographers are all full-time professionals who specialise in sporting and social events,  and secondly they are all qualified with the major photographic organisations.  No other event photography company can offer you this.

Using exactly the same cameras and lenses as the leading picture agencies we bring both quality and professionalism to your event.  We offer onsite printing, secure website ordering, a large range of products and on certain events we may even be able to pay a commission back to the event organisers.

An event photographers skills are different to those of a wedding/portrait photographer in many ways. They understand lighting in uncontrolled environments such as outdoors or sports arenas and also have the skills to photograph a large number of people at a social event quickly and efficiently.

All our photographers are specialists in the events they cover, for example we wont use one of our sports photographers to cover a school prom or vice versa.

One final, but very important point is that all our photographers are employed by us.  We are not a franchise based company who simply sends someone who has "bought your territory", nor do we use amateur freelance "teams" to cover your event.

Doesnt your event deserve professional event photography?

.... and some of the things we get up to

Have Staging, will Travel

We are used to travelling the length and breadth of the country with our staging, but it was a completely new request to take it to Switzerland to shoot groups for an international school high up in the Alps. The photo is of our two specialist group photographers, Emma and Gary, who were away for a week "working" although their Facebook profiles seem to show they spent most of that week being tourists and having a thoroughly enjoyable time!

In The Press Again

Photo Professional magazine have just published a third feature about us.  This article covers a typical summer weekend for us, and the three page spread covers us working at four completely different events, namely a school prom on the Friday evening, then a junior football tournament followed by a Photobooth booking on the Saturday, before finally we photographed a marathon on the Sunday.  Its a good read even if we say so ourselves!

By Royal Appointment

Recently we were commissioned by the Army to provide our staging for a group photo where the guest of honour was none other than The Queen.  The photographer was allowed to take just four frames, and yet still managed to make the rookie mistake of having a pole growing out of someones head!  At least it was a flagpole flying the Royal Standard!

Left on the Cutting Room Floor!

Channel 4 recently came to us to film one of the contestants intros for the popular series Come Dine With Me in our studio.  The contestant worked in waste management and the filming showed her transforming from her work clothes into a glamorous lady with her hard hat and hi viz jacket ending up in the bin.  Although one of our photographers was also filmed, the footage of him was also binned!!

Norwich City FC Academy Photos

Premier League football club Norwich City recently had a photograph taken of all their academy teams and we were asked to provide our staging and a photographer for the event.  The boys range from 8 years of age up to 16 and the chances are that somewhere in this photo are a few household names of the future.

We Team Up with Marks & Spencer

The more observant will notice that this web page has an advert for Marks and Spencer just above the headline. We were pleased to have been approached by M&S as they recognised that we are the UK's leading event photographers and as such they wished to be associated with us.  From our point of view they do some very nice cakes!  Click the link and you will see what we mean.

A Second Article in Photo Professional Magazine

For the second time in recent months, we have been featured in Photo Professional magazine. This latest issue contains a full page write-up about our school prom photography and university graduation ball service.

The Lord Mayors Show

The annual Lord Mayors Show in London is a colourful occasion that is guaranteed to bring out both professional and amateur photographers, but our role on the day was to take the the official group photos for the Army before the event got underway.

We are Premier League!

Tottenham Hotspur FC recently opened up their stadium at White Hart Lane to just under 200 lucky kids to take part in a football tournament on the same pitch as their heroes play.  Even though we regularly photograph football, both junior and professional, it was an honour for to be chosen as the official photographers for the event.

We team up with the BBC for Children in Need

November saw the annual BBC Children in Need appeal take place and we were commissioned to attend a special performance of The Jersey Boys in London's West End and photograph members of the audience with the cast and Pudsey Bear.  An absolutely phenomenal £42,000 was raised on the on the night and we like to think that our photographs contributed in no small part towards that figure!!!

Competition Win

Recently the SWPP (the largest photography organisation in the UK) ran an online competition to find the best sporting event photograph taken during the year.  Gary Evans, one of our photographers, entered two images and was delighted to not only win, but to take second place as well. We're pretty sure that next time he will enter three images!

Magazine Feature

We have just been featured in Photo Pro Magazine as one of the very best photography companies for onsite printing event photography.
