COPYRIGHT THEFT.  "So what"  you may think, and maybe you are right if it doesnt affect you - but it does.   It means you pay more than you should for a lot of things, music CD's and film DVD's are just two examples.

From our point of view, we are proud of our work and dont see why some lazy photographer needs to copy our photos or website text.  And actually it does affect you, our customers, too.   Our photos are normally copied by lesser photographers who cannot produce work of the same standard as ourselves which may lead to disappointment from your events guests/participants if they are misled into believing that the plagerists are of the same standards as ourselves.

We are constantly finding people who respect neither the Copyright Law or the photograph buying public, and so we have decided to name and shame those who steal from us.  So from now on, as and when we find them, we will add their name to the list below.  We wont offer them the satisfaction of a weblink, and you may find the copied images or text has now been removed, but we have kept them on file in case they take offence at this page.  

So bear in mind that if you want to copy us and take credit for WHAT WE DO we will catch you!!!

What makes these last two even more galling, is that the photographer only lives about one mile away from me.  Coincidence??   Yeah, right.  Dave Carter Photography are copyright thieves.  Fact!
